I'm not a lamb eater. In fact, it's one of my least favorite foods. And after seeing a recent report from Inside Edition—Some Restaurants With Lamb On The Menu Are Mixing It With Cheaper Meat, Investigation Finds—that's not changing. It appears that unless you're eating a lambchop, there's a chance that the lamb you're being served is something much cheaper like goat or beef, especially when it's shredded. Not all restaurants are scamming you, of course, but it's a good thing to be aware of when you travel!
